LED wall rental questions, answered.

An LED wall rental in New Jersey and New York City costs $1,899.99 for a 10 × 6 ft indoor wall, $3,500 for a 13 × 8 ft wall and $5,400 for a 20 × 10 ft wall with us, per event day. Each price covers up to 8 hours of event time, delivery, setup, an on-site technician and teardown. Across the NYC market, comparable walls are commonly quoted from about $2,500 a day for a small 8 × 5 ft wall to $8,000 or more for a 16 × 9 ft wall, and many of those quotes add crew, trucking and rigging on top.

A 20 × 10 ft LED wall rents for $5,400 per event day with us, all-in: delivery, ground support or truss rigging, the video processor, a technician for the whole event and teardown. Walls of that size are commonly quoted at $8,000 to $15,000 a day elsewhere in New York, often before labor and delivery. A 20 × 10 ft wall is festival scale, readable to roughly 1,000+ guests.

Our packages work out to roughly $27 to $34 per square foot per event day, with delivery, setup, a technician and teardown included. Larger walls cost less per square foot because the truck, crew and processor are shared across more panels. Be careful comparing per-square-foot quotes: many companies quote panels only and price labor, processing and transport separately.

We do not rent single panels; every rental is a complete, crewed wall. Dry-hire houses that rent bare panels typically charge somewhere around $55 to $85 per panel per day, without the processor, cabling, rigging, labor or transport you also need. To buy, a rental-grade cabinet costs hundreds to over a thousand dollars each, so a full 13 × 8 ft wall represents tens of thousands of dollars of hardware before a truck or a crew. For a small standalone display, an LED poster is the single-panel option.

Every package includes the LED wall, the video processor, switcher and cabling, ground support or truss rigging, delivery, setup, an on-site technician for the whole event, and teardown. That covers up to 8 hours of event time anywhere in our standard New Jersey and New York City service area.

No, our LED wall packages are screen-only, and sound is an add-on. We can add two speakers on stands that play the screen’s audio, or speakers plus a wireless microphone for toasts and speeches, priced on your quote. That matches most of the market: NYC and NJ LED wall companies almost all rent audio separately from the screen.

No. The package price includes delivery, labor, a technician and teardown inside our standard service area. A delivery fee can apply only for a venue well outside that area or a difficult load-in, such as a long carry or no service lift, and it is written on the quote before you book. Events longer than 8 hours or running multiple days are quoted up front.

We charge per event day, and each package covers up to 8 hours of event time. Setup and teardown happen outside those hours and are included. Multi-day events and longer days are quoted as one price before you book.

Size the screen to your farthest guest, not the headcount. For slides and text, the screen should be at least one sixth of the distance to the back row tall; for video, one eighth. A 13 × 8 ft wall keeps text readable to about 49 ft, and a 20 × 10 ft wall to about 59 ft. As a rough guide, 10 × 6 ft suits up to about 150 seated guests, 13 × 8 ft up to about 400, and 20 × 10 ft crowds of 1,000+.

At P2.0 pixel pitch, a 10 × 6 ft wall is 1500 × 1000 pixels, a 13 × 8 ft wall is 2000 × 1250 and a 20 × 10 ft wall is 3000 × 1500. Each 500 mm cabinet carries 250 × 250 pixels, so any custom size is a simple multiple. You can see the exact resolution for any size in the wall builder.

Pixel pitch is the distance between LEDs in millimeters; smaller means sharper up close. Our indoor walls are P2.0, sharp from about 6 ft away, so guests can stand right in front of them. Our outdoor walls are P4.8, built for daylight brightness and viewing from further back. Much of the rental stock in the NYC area is still P2.6 to P3.9, which needs more distance to look smooth.

Yes. Our cabinets are 500 mm (about 1.64 ft) square, so we can build almost any width or height in those steps, from about 10 ft to 23 ft wide and 6.5 ft to 13 ft tall in the online builder, and larger on request. Curved cabinets also allow concave and convex walls for stage sets and booths.

Make content at the wall’s native resolution if you can, for example 2000 × 1250 for a 13 × 8 ft wall. Standard 16:9 slides and video also work; the processor scales them to fit and we can place them with a branded background around the edges. Send files ahead and we check them before doors open.

For most events, yes. An LED wall stays bright and full-color with the room lights on or in daylight, has no throw distance, and nobody casts shadows walking in front of it. A projector is cheaper and fine for a dark room with a clear throw path. Outdoors in daylight, or anywhere you can’t dim the lights, LED is the only one that holds up.

They are mostly names for the same thing. “LED wall” and “LED video wall” mean a seamless screen built from modular LED panels. “Video wall” can also mean a grid of TV-style LCD screens with visible bezels between them. “Jumbotron” is the everyday word for a very large outdoor LED screen, like the ones at stadiums.

Setup usually takes 2 to 4 hours depending on wall size and venue access, and teardown about half that. Our crew arrives early so the wall is built, tested and content-checked before guests arrive.

Either. Ground support stands the wall on its own base and works in almost any venue with a level floor. Flying it from a truss or ceiling rigging points clears the floor and lifts the screen above a crowd; we confirm rigging points with your venue first.

A 10 × 6 ft wall runs on standard 120V circuits. Larger walls need dedicated circuits, which we confirm with your venue during booking. Outdoors or where there is no house power, we can supply a silent generator.

Most venues do, and we talk to them for you. We confirm load-in time and access, the floor or rigging plan and the power plan with the venue before the event, so nothing is a surprise on the day.

You don’t need to hire one; every rental already includes an on-site technician who builds the wall, runs the processor and stays for the whole event. Just hand over a laptop, an HDMI cable or a camera feed.

Yes. Our outdoor panels run at 5,000+ nits, several times brighter than a TV, so the picture is readable in direct afternoon sun. Brightness is turned down after dark so it isn’t blinding.

Our outdoor panels are IP65 sealed and keep running in rain. Wind is the real limit: we set ballast for the forecast and will lower the screen if gusts exceed the rigging spec, a plan we agree with you in advance. Lightning nearby pauses the show for safety.

Anything with a video output: slides, videos, a live camera feed or IMAG, sports broadcasts, social media walls, DJ visuals, sponsor loops or a looping logo or monogram. We accept HDMI and SDI and switch between sources live, including picture-in-picture.

Yes. Our 13 × 8 ft and 20 × 10 ft packages are IMAG-ready: we can put a live camera feed on the wall and switch between camera, laptop and playback, with picture-in-picture and lower thirds.

Book 2 to 3 weeks ahead, and earlier for weekends, holidays and summer festival dates. For a sooner date, call anyway; we often have walls for short-notice events.
