One backdrop that changes with the evening
During the ceremony the wall carries your names and date, or a live camera feed so guests in the back rows see the vows as clearly as the front. It reads in a sunlit room, which a projector cannot.
At the reception it becomes the slideshow, the live feed of the speeches, a looping monogram behind the sweetheart table, and later the visuals your DJ runs for the dance floor. Your technician switches between them on cue from your planner or DJ.
A 10 × 6 ft wall sits behind a sweetheart table; 13 × 8 ft fills a ballroom stage. We install quietly before guests arrive and clear out after the last dance, and the design files come from you or from a simple layout we make for you.

Delivery is included across our standard NJ & NYC service area. A delivery fee may apply outside it, or for venues with difficult access — long carries, stairs without a service lift, restricted load-in windows or permit parking. If one applies to your event, it is in the quote before you book.

About wedding LED screen rental
Can the LED wall show our monogram or a custom design?
Yes. Send us your monogram, invitation artwork or a favorite photo and we size it for the wall. If you do not have a design, we lay out your names, date and a simple motif for you. We check everything on the actual screen before doors open so the colors match the room.
Will it work with our DJ, planner and photographer?
Yes. The DJ plugs a laptop into our switcher for playback and dance-floor visuals, the planner gives our technician the cue sheet, and photographers like it because there is no projector glare or washout in their shots. We are used to working around a wedding timeline.
What size LED wall do we need for a wedding?
Behind a sweetheart table or for a ceremony of up to about 150 guests, the 10 × 6 ft wall is right. For a ballroom reception with a stage, 13 × 8 ft keeps text readable to about 49 ft. Tell us the venue and we will confirm the size and where it fits.
