An LED poster replaces the printed sign or the foam board: a welcome message at the entrance, the seating chart, a sponsor loop in a lobby, a menu at the bar, a product reel in a booth. It is bright like an LED wall, but it stands on its own and needs no rigging.
Content goes in from a USB drive, an HDMI cable or over Wi-Fi from a phone, so you can change the message during the event. Two or three posters standing side by side act as one wider screen when you want more room for a video or a live feed.
Because it plugs into a standard outlet and takes minutes to set, it suits venues that do not allow a truss or a large install. We deliver it, set it in place, load your files and show you the two buttons you need. A technician on site is optional.

What is an LED poster display?
A slim, freestanding LED screen roughly 2 ft wide and 6 ft tall, on a base with wheels. Think of a printed poster stand that plays video. It plugs into a normal wall outlet, takes content from a USB drive, an HDMI cable or Wi-Fi, and needs no rigging, which is why venues that will not allow a large install are usually fine with it.
Can several LED posters be joined into one screen?
Yes. Two or three posters standing side by side act as a single wider screen, about 4 ft or 6 ft across and 6 ft tall, so a video or a live feed can span the group. For anything wider than that, an LED wall is the better tool and we will say so.
Do I need a technician for an LED poster?
Usually not. We deliver it, put it in place, load your content and show you how to switch it. If the poster is part of a bigger setup, or you want someone changing content live through the event, a technician can be added to the booking.
Can an LED poster be used outdoors?
Our posters are indoor units. They work in a covered entrance or a tent out of the weather, but not in rain or direct sun. For outdoor events use an outdoor LED screen, which is built and rated for it.
