Delivery, rigging, an on-site technician and teardown sit inside the package price for events across our standard New Jersey and New York City service area, which covers all five boroughs, North and Central Jersey, Westchester and Long Island. A delivery fee can apply in two cases: a venue well outside that area, or a site with difficult access such as a long carry, stairs with no service lift, a restricted load-in window or permit parking. In either case we put the amount in writing before you book, so the number you approve is the number you pay.

We have run party and event rentals across New Jersey and New York City for about ten years, and LED walls are the newest part of that. The advantage is in the hardware: every panel was bought new for this business, at P2.0 pixel pitch, where much of the rental inventory in the metro is still P2.6 to P3.9. That is almost four times the pixels of a P3.9 wall at the same size, so guests can stand close and text stays sharp. The crew discipline is the same as our other rentals: we arrive early, test everything, and a technician stays for the whole event.

Measure to your farthest guest, not the headcount. For slides and text the screen should be at least one sixth of that distance tall; for video, one eighth is enough. So a 13 × 8 ft wall keeps text readable to about 49 ft and video to about 65 ft, and a 20 × 10 ft wall stretches that to roughly 59 and 79 ft. As a rough proxy, 10 × 6 ft suits up to about 150 seated guests, 13 × 8 ft up to 400, and 20 × 10 ft is for festivals and crowds of 1,000+. Send the room dimensions and we will spec it for free.

Yes. Our outdoor panels are IP65 weather-rated and bright enough for daylight, so we regularly install on rooftops, in parks, in parking lots and on festival stages. Outdoor installs use a ballasted ground-support tower or certified truss rigging, and we monitor wind conditions on the day.
