Quotes and booking
A quote is an offer, not a reservation. Your date is only held once you have confirmed in writing and paid the deposit. Quotes are valid for 14 days unless we say otherwise on the quote itself.
What the price includes
Delivery, rigging or ground support, the video processor and cabling, an on-site technician for the event, and teardown, across our standard New Jersey and New York City service area. A delivery fee may apply beyond that area or for venues with difficult access, and it is stated on the quote before you book.
Your site
You are responsible for giving us access at the agreed load-in time, a suitable level surface, and the power we specify on the quote. Where we cannot install because access or power is not as described, the booking is treated as cancelled on the day.
The equipment
The screen, processing and rigging stay our property throughout. Please do not move, dismantle or connect anything to the wall yourself; that is what the technician is there for. You are responsible for loss or damage caused by your guests or other contractors while the equipment is on site.
Weather
Outdoor panels are weather-rated and run in rain. Wind is the limit, not water. Where sustained wind exceeds the rigging specification we will lower or strike the screen for safety, and we will discuss that plan with you in advance.
Cancellation
Cancellation terms, deposit and balance dates are set out on your quote, because they vary with the size of the build and how much equipment is reserved for you. We will always walk you through them before you sign.
If something goes wrong
If a fault on our side stops the screen working for a material part of your event, we refund in proportion to the time lost. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the booking. Call (929) 290-9469 and we will deal with it.
